1) Please have a location for your building picked out before we arrive. “Free” delivery includes only 1 set up. There will be a minimum $50 charge each time we move the building during initial set up / delivery.

2) We furnish concrete blocks for leveling within 28 in. of level. Any setup more than 28 in. out of level will be charged for extra blocks and labor. If you have blocks laying around and don't mind us using them there might still be a small labor charge for time required.

3) Please make driver aware of any and all hazards such as: sprinkler systems, septic systems, shallow underground water lines, gas lines and overhead wires and limbs. Buildings are about 14 ft tall on the truck. Buildings CAN NOT sit under power lines. Please have all limbs trimmed accordingly. McGuire’s is not responsible for any damage.

4) Please be aware that we are required by law in most cities and counties to place the building a certain distance from property lines and other structures. You may or may not be in an area that requires a permit. However, certain setbacks are usually still required.

5) Customer is responsible for ALL HOA requirements and covenants.

6) If we have to take down a fence and reinstall it, we are not responsible for fences that had any previous damage or was not properly installed or reinstalled previously. Customer is responsible to let us know if there are any fences involved in delivery of their structure.

7) If your building should be damaged by McGuire's driver during delivery / build , please make a note of such damage on the Customer Delivery Form when your building is delivered / built on site. Your building, when this form is received with signatures, will be assumed to have been delivered to your satisfaction by McGuire's management.

8) If you are satisfied with your purchase and experience, please tell others. If you’re not, please let us know promptly.

9) If you are financing or have a rent-to-own contract, the person on the contract must sign his / her name. Only those spouses with power of attorney can do so otherwise.

10) McGuire's is not responsible for personal injury from options installed such as ramps or steps. Ramps are designed for weight not to exceed a riding lawnmower and a single person.

11) Please refrain from trying to help our delivery personnel.

12) We are not responsible for rutting your yard due to rainy conditions. If it's too wet it is your responsibility to let us know.

13) We are not responsible for cracked, broken or rutted drive way(s) due to entry/exit of construction vehicles, tractors, dump trucks, concrete trucks, etc. This includes any and all access points provided by the customer, whether the customer owned or access provided by neighbors.

14) We will do our best to insure a timely delivery based on back log of prior sales. However, inclement weather can delay the delivery of your building. We ask for your patience during periods of inclement weather (rain, high heat index, etc)

15) If you ever relocate and want to take your building with you, we want your relocate business. We offer this service at very competitive prices. No one else knows how to move your McGuire's Building better.

16) You will void your warranty if your building is relocated, or repaired, by any company other than McGuire's Buildings.

17) By providing your email address you grant McGuire's Buildings permission to send you newsletters via email. You may unsubscribe to this newsletter at any time in the future.

18) If customer is not present at delivery or have not properly flagged the location of the building we are not responsible for its proper placement. Our last delivery time slot during the day is M-F 2:00pm-4:00pm. We don’t deliver on weekends.

19) If your building can not be installed for any reason beyond McGuire's control there will be a delivery charge added to the invoice of $200. Customer will work with McGuire’s to reschedule based on current back log.

20) If customer cancels an order because of a stopped or failed delivery, refund will be less a $200.00 restocking fee for stock items, and a $50 cancellation fee plus the $200.00 delivery charge for Build-to-Order items.

21) Our primary medium for scheduling deliveries or services is via phone. Caller ID WILL NOT display McGuire’s Buildings. Please answer if an unfamiliar number is displayed. At the least, the number you provided on this invoice should have voice mail enabled and room to accept additional messages.

22) McGuire’s Buildings may also use SMS messaging to schedule delivery of your structure, or to schedule appointments for site visits, or to remind you of payments. By signing below you grant Sturdi Buildings permission to send SMS messages to your mobile device (you opt-in). You may opt-out / unsubscribe at any time. Message frequency varies per user.
